REPORTED FOUND: May 2004
|
LOCATION:
Country: USA
State: Ohio - OH
City: Cincinnati
PARTICULARS:
Name: Amber Cheeseface
Gender: Female
Age: Slightly under 1 year.
STATUS: HAS A HOME!
Found by: unknown
Fostered by: Helen Jo
Adopted by: Nat
STORY: Amber was found trapped in a cage on the side of a busy road. Though not rat people themselves, the individual who initially found her
figured she'd at least be safer in a classroom. Unfortunately, in protecting her territorial boundaries, she bit the small fingers that were
poking at her through the cage wires and was immediately deemed unsafe for a classroom setting. This was fortunate: Amber and her unclean,
unbearably smelly cage were turned over to the arranged foster home and immediately rolled over into Nat's home where she currently is the queen of
her domain (and everyone else's).

REPORTED FOUND: 18 February 2005
|
LOCATION:
Country: USA
State: Kentucky - KY
City: Covington
PARTICULARS:
Name: Krysa & Kelly
Gender: Female
Age: 2 & 1 years respectively
STATUS: HAS A HOME!
Found by: Kelly
Fostered by: n/a
Adopted by: Nat
STORY: Kelly and Krysa, each trapped in individual cages without food and water, were left, in the cold of winter, on the driveway of
area rabbit-lover, Kelly. Fortunately for them, Kelly wasn't out of town and, though extremely allergic to them, she took them in, at great risk
to her own health, so they wouldn't remain outside. Kelly quickly researched the needs of rats, found them the healthiest food possible, and was
ready to drive over 2 hours to find them a good home. Krysa and Kelly were very lucky.
